Title: Smoothy Chocolate Cookies

Yield: 2 Servings

1c( 2 sticks) Butter,
  Softened
3/4cGranulated sugar
3/4cFirmly packed brown sugar
2 Eggs
1tsVanilla
2 1/4cFlour
1tsBaking soda
1/4tsSalt
1 ( 11.5 oz) package Chocolate
  Chips
1cChopped walnuts

Place chocolate chips into a freezer until very firm. Place frozen chocolate chips and chopped walnuts into an electric blender or food processor and chop very briefly.

Beat butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl with and electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Mix in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in chip and nut mixture. Drop by teaspoons 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake in a preheated 375 degree(f) oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
